Use the “Pack & Send” option within SigmaNEST menu to automatically email diagnostic information to the Technical Support team for a rapid and accurate response to your query.
Provides direct telephone contact to the Technical Support team, for critical time-sensitive assistance and more involved complex issues.
Ensures replacement of your Software License (or dongle if applicable) in the event of theft, accidental damage, or fire. (There is a small charge for the dongle replacement.)
