SigmaPACK is a shop floor application designed to simplify delivery. SigmaPACK directly links to SigmaNEST database to use master data and eliminate any potential for error. Users can quickly retrieve important packaging and delivery information such as part weights, delivery date, and customer address to make logistics easier.
Automatic Data Input
By sharing the same database, SigmaPACK enables all departments to keep track of each customer order. Job status is automatically updated throughout shipping and fulfillment as job items are grouped into packages, and packages are grouped into dispatches, ready
for delivery.
- Add job items to packages as a batch or individually and verify packing
- Create a dispatch from available packages according to weight, customer address, and due dates
