After comparing alternative programs, a decision was made in favor of SigmaNEST. “We are obviously not a traditional manufacturer with large runs,” explained Design Engineer, Mike Kurylo.  “Most of our parts are one-offs and generally very intricate. SigmaNEST allows us to nest parts in the most efficient way and then add tabs for support.”

Fabrication at Pratt & Miller has to be fast, accurate and extremely responsive.  “The nature of our business dictates that we must be able to change on the fly,” said Kurylo. “SigmaNEST allows us to quickly nest and tab even the smallest and most intricate of parts while keeping track of stock.”
