SigmaTEK Systems was proud to be a part of the Smart Manufacturing Experience event in Boston, Massachusetts from April 30 – May 2, 2018. The Smart Manufacturing Experience highlighted advanced technologies that are revolutionizing the manufacturing landscape. Some of the featured advanced technologies included: Additive manufacturing & 3D printing, automation & robotics, precision machining, digital manufacturing, and Industrial IoT/Big data. This was the first time SigmaNEST was attending this show and was very well received in this market.
SigmaNEST’s Arie Brown, was invited to present as an expert speaker on the topic of Shop Floor Automation during one of the Knowledge Bar sessions at the event. Brown, Regional Sales Director of the Southern Territory, delivered an engaging presentation and was well received by all in attendance. “It was a pleasure connecting with fellow fabricators at the recent SME show in Boston, MA. The hosted Knowledge Bar was a great platform for me to share how companies are connecting their business systems with production control, all in a casual learning environment,” states Arie Brown.
