I don’t think I can see all areas in the new SigmaTEK Knowledge Base, why?
Most content on the SigmaTEK Knowledge Base is available with or without a login.
However, some content is locked behind our customer portal because it’s intended specifically for our customers. Here’s a brief overview of how we handle user permissions:
– Many SigmaTEK-curated articles are available to the general public. You don’t have to log in to view these.
– Some articles are available with a login only. You must have a Connect site account to create a login.
– Some articles are available only to on-maintenance customers. You must have a Connect site account and a current maintenance subscription to view these articles.
The Community forums are available only to on-maintenance customers, with the exception of the Announcements topic, which is viewable by anyone with a login.
If you have a current maintenance subscription and are locked out of certain articles/sections in error, please contact Support so that we can get this fixed as quickly as possible.
