I am a SigmaNEST customer. My question has not yet been answered on SigmaTEK’s new Knowledge Base. What do I do now?
If you’ve searched the Knowledge Base but can’t find an answer, it’s time to reach out to the SigmaTEK Community! Here’s how to get started:
– Make sure you’re signed in (top right corner of your browser)
– Make sure your maintenance subscription is up-to-date
Starting a new post
– At the top of the page, click Community.
– Look at the available topics and choose the one that best fits your post.
– Take a quick look and see if someone has asked a similar question. If not, click New Post.
– Draft your post and submit it. Make sure to enter a descriptive title, provide as much information as possible, and choose the correct topic.
Sit back and wait for the responses to roll in!
