Congratulations Quincy Brown,
New SigmaTEK Technical Support Manager

Quincy Brown has taken over the position of Technical Manager at our Cincinnati headquarters. Quincy has worked at SigmaTEK for over ten years, most recently as Quality Assurance Specialist. When asked about his new position, he responded,

"As a QA Specialist I was responsible for defining, developing and executing test plans against various builds of SigmaNEST, identifying defects and tracking them to closure. In this role, I was able to gain a very broad range of knowledge in the functionality of SigmaNEST, both from a user's point of view and a developer's".
Quincy Brown
"As Technical Support Manager, I am very excited about our technical support department. I have worked with many members of this team for years and know them to be a highly skilled and dedicated group of people. I am  looking forward to continuing SigmaTEK’s commitment to outstanding technical support."

Our Technical Support team will be focused on assisting customers as they receive the V9 update packet. If you have not yet received your update but have questions related to receiving your software, please call 513-674-0005 and select option 2 or send a message to support@sigmanest.com.

SigmaNEST Version 9 Release is in Full Swing

The SigmaNEST Power of 9 User Conference series drew to a close on October 2nd, and amid the buzz it created. SigmaNEST Version 9 is gaining strong popularity among users.

Version 9 is currently being distributed in a systematic way to SigmaNEST customers who are enrolled in the Subscription Service program and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.

Michael Callison of Townsend Design attended the Pasadena conference, and said afterwards:

“The most amazing thing we left with was the fact that [the] SigmaNEST [team] took the position of students, and not just teachers. They were open to new ideas, as well as providing the expert guidance we had hoped for. There was something for everyone. We gained knowledge of modules and software we don’t currently have, and became, I believe, more proficient at the ones we do have. Our only regret was, there wasn’t more time. We were able to tap into their vast well of knowledge…”
"We are pleased to announce that SigmaNEST Version 9 contains over 1,000 updates and enhancements from the already-powerful SigmaNEST 8.1. The new version boasts an impressive user interface based on process logic with an intuitively organized menu ribbon. SigmaTEK’s R&D focused intently on customer feedback while designing Version 9, resulting in the most efficient, user-friendly SigmaNEST yet".
