The much anticipated SigmaNEST Version 9 release is now rolling out to our customers starting this week.

Starting the last week of August, SigmaNEST Version 9 Update Packets will begin shipping to customers current on their subscription memberships.
Each week, a set number of customers (in alphabetical order by company name) will be shipped their update packet. All customers should receive their updates by the end of November.

An online download is not currently available for this release.

The update packet contains:

• Software/DVD (note the software comes on a DVD)
• Product information sheets
• Support information

Our Technical Support team will be focused on assisting customers as they receive the update packet. We ask that if you have not yet received your update but have questions related to receiving your software, please call 513-674-0005 or send a message to support@sigmanest.com.

Now is an excellent time to review the system requirements for Version 9 and compare what you have today. This step is important for all customers, regardless if you have an independent, workstation or networked system.

There’s still time to register for one of the SigmaNEST Power of 9 Road Shows – our user conferences held in five cities throughout the U.S. Management and technical staff from SigmaTEK Systems will be talking about highlights of Version 9, how it improves efficiency while giving users a more intuitive work experience.

We have extended the early bird discount. Cost for customers current on maintenance subscription is $335 for the first attendee and $212 for each additional attendee.

SigmaTEK Systems is introducing a new onsite upgrade and training package for customers interested in faster installation and training on Version 9. The Major Upgrade Service Package provides 2 days of onsite installation and training by one our application engineers and includes:

• Installation analysis with process workflow review
• Installation of Version 9 on workstations/network
• Verification of machine and post functions
• Transfer legacy SigmaNEST data and SQL database transition
• Verify integrated dataflow integrity
• Version 9 features/functionality training

The fee is $2,500 per domestic location (travel and living expenses are not included).
