Job Description

SigmaTEK is looking to add a talented Applications Engineer to its team. This person will be responsible for providing a high level of technical support to SigmaTEK customers via phone support, training, installation, and technical sales support. The Applications Engineer must be customer focused, posses a team mentality, and recognize the need to deliver timely results quickly and efficiently. This position offers many opportunities for traveling and spending time on-site with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Technical Support and Customer Service to end-users by processing highly technical support needs and communicating solutions via telephone, e-mail, and the Internet
  •  Conduct end-user training courses on-site for the customer, at our in-house training facility, and over the internet
  •  Periodic on-site installation of CAM software and the ability to seamlessly integrate product into various avenues of technical manufacturing systems
  •  Fulfill technical sales support needs via demonstration and competitive analysis
