Leading Issue
This describes an issue that has come to the attention of SigmaTEK support staff and appears to be affecting a significant number of customers.
Data Backup
The support center regularly receives requests for assistance from customers who have had computer failures or have experienced power surges that resulted in lost data.
It is very easy to re-install SigmaNEST. It is also easy to recover the SNData folder from the previous night's backup. However, if you do not have a recent backup, all changes to posts, tech tables, database, parts and sheets libraries are irretrievably gone.
Data loss does happen to real people. You must have a current backup.

Training
SigmaNEST is easy to use, but it operates in complex and widely varying environments. The most effective way to get the best from SigmaNEST is to attend one of the training courses.
Training is offered at several locations in well equipped facilities with small class sizes for individual attention.
Meeting Center
SigmaTEK offers frequent online meetings and instructional seminars in conjunction with iLinc. Review the list of scheduled meetings and register for one of your choosing.
Forums
Review advice and answer questions from other SigmaNEST users in the forums or post your own questions or advice.

Supported Operating Systems
SigmaNEST runs on the Microsoft Windows platform. The supported operating systems page indicates which editions of Windows are supported and when support for each is scheduled to terminate.
