Costing and Quoting

Part Costing is separated in to categories. Global parameters represent operational business expenses; rent, administrative costs, etc. Machine parameters represent consumables and operator costs used by the machine cutting process; operator wages, power, gases, coolant, tooling heads, etc. Detail parameters represent material cost, cutting time, thickness, cutting length, etc. The user may also create a user defined model.
The Quoting feature allows the user to convert a quote to a work order and track the work orders for current and previous customers.
Once the quote is converted to a work order a job card can be printed for processing.
Parts that are requested by customers can be saved to a customer folder for easy lookup.
