SigmaNEST Punch Power Pack combines the complete, top-level functionality of Power Pack with turret punching features.
Punch Power Pack is ideally suited to high volume part production requiring automated dynamic nesting, automatic dynamic tooling and advanced equipment programming. It offers job tracking and scheduling, new and remnant inventory management, advanced automatic nesting and advanced, motion optimized NC programming, together with comprehensive turret punching features.

General Usability
- Almost every aspect of the product can be configured.
- Auto Save automatically saves parts whenever they are changed and saves snapshots of the work space at specified time intervals.
- Up to 10 versions of the work space are saved and any previous revision can be re-opened.
- Quickly zoom in and out with mouse wheel. Zooming is centered on the mouse pointer, effectively allowing a simultaneous pan and zoom.
- Batch facility allows sequences of operations to be stored in a file and "played back" as a unit whenever needed.
