SigmaNEST Add-on Modules
This page lists the modules that can be added to the base SigmaNEST product, together with their requirements. Many modules can only be added if others are already present. This is noted for each module.
This list does not include the modules for SigmaNEST Lite.

True Shape Nesting
Provides automatic true shape nesting (including parts in parts), automatic multi-head true shape nesting and multiple sheet nesting.
Requires the base AutoNEST package.
Included in True Shape package.
Remnant Nesting
Provides automatic nesting on remnant sheets, automatic plate cropping and remnant creation and multi-head nesting on remnants.
Requires True Shape Nesting.
Included in Remnant package.
Job Tracking and Scheduling
Provides an integrated order database with automatic part quantity tracking, production scheduling and job status reporting.
Requires Remnant Nesting.
Included in Maximizer package.
Inventory Control
Provides an integrated material stock and remnant database with plate history and traceability, remnant plate tracking (with graphics) and inventory status and cost reporting.

Included in Maximizer package.
Advanced NC Programming
Provides common line, bridge and chain cutting cutting, automatic tip-up part avoidance, variable quality and repositioning.
Requires True Shape Nesting.
Included in Power Pack and Techno packages.
Advanced Automatic Nesting
Provides interactive and automatic pre-nesting and pattern recognition, common-line nesting and advanced multi-head nesting with automatic variable torch distances.
