The 3D Developments are blow pipe development programs for unfolding welded fittings, transitions and pipe intersections.

These can then be nested and programmed using SigmaNEST.

Develop

Develop is used for designing and unfolding 3D transitions and welded fittings for blow pipe, boiler making and general fabrication applications. It has the following key features:

  • Selectable weld joints and connections
  • Alignment marks
  • 3D DXF wireframe import with surface patch definition
  • DXF export
  • Shapes:
    • Cone, offset, skewed and combination
    • Oval-to-round, offset, skewed and combination
    • Oval-to-oval, offset, skewed and combination

SigmaDUCT HVAC

SigmaDUCT HVAC is specifically geared to the needs of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry. In addition to all the functionality Develop, SigmaDUCT HVAC adds:

  • Built-in knowledge of industry tables
  • Integrated nesting and NC generation
