May 18, 2007 - Due to the ever increasing cost of composite materials, nesting layouts need to be highly-efficient. With the introduction of SigmaNEST's latest high performance Composite Nesting module and coupled with other unique features of SigmaNEST, allows the removal of problems normally associated with dynamic nesting solutions. It allows users to employ dynamic nests generated when required with minimal effort that exceed the efficiency levels of manually created static nests that require a high level of labor and time consumption. Where required, a new dynamic nest layout can be combined with an existing static nest layout and automatically include other components within and around it, this can include Single or Multiple-Ply Cutting.
